Refund & Return Policy

Every piece we sell is one-of-a-kind, hand-sourced, cleaned, and inspected before it ships. This page explains when a return is possible, when it isn't, and how to handle it — so you can shop with confidence.

1. Overview

Because every piece is a one-of-a-kind vintage item, we generally do not accept returns for fit, colour, or change of mind. That said, if there is a genuine quality issue or the fault is ours, we'll always take care of you.

2. When a refund or exchange is possible

  • A significant defect that wasn't disclosed on the product page (e.g. a hidden tear, broken seam, or mould stain)
  • We shipped the wrong piece
  • The parcel was lost in transit — we'll chase the courier, and refund you if it can't be recovered

3. When we can't accept a return

  • Fit doesn't suit — please always compare the per-piece measurements on the product page before ordering, since vintage sizing differs from modern sizing
  • Colour on screen differs from real life — screens vary, and vintage pieces may carry small traces of time
  • Pieces altered to your request are treated as custom-tailored and final sale
  • Change of mind after delivery

4. How to start a return

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel via LINE @tmisyd, with your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We'll reply and assess within 24–48 hours
  • If we agree to a return: ship back with a trackable courier and keep the receipt until we've received and inspected the piece
  • Return shipping is the customer's cost, except when the issue is our fault (wrong item, undisclosed defect) — in those cases we cover it

5. How refunds are paid

Once we confirm the return, the refund is issued through your original payment method (Stripe refunds back to the card or PromptPay) within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your card issuer.
