By browsing the site, creating an account, holding a piece, or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You should be at least 20 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to make purchases through our site.

You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure. Please tell us straight away if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

• Every piece is a 1-of-1 vintage item — there is only one of each
• Pieces are pre-loved and may carry small traces of time, which are part of the character of vintage
• Colours on screen may differ slightly from real life, depending on your display
• The per-piece measurements on the product page are the source of truth for size — please compare against your own measurements before ordering

When you add a piece to your cart, we hold it for you for 30 minutes (Vintage Lover) or 24 hours (Vintage Queen). When the hold expires, the piece returns to the shop for other customers automatically.

• All prices on the site are in Thai Baht (THB)
• Payment is processed by Stripe — credit/debit card and PromptPay
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if we find a pricing error or the piece is no longer available, and will issue a full refund in that case

• Within Thailand: 1–3 business days via Thailand Post or Kerry
• International: about 7–10 days. Shipping cost depends on weight and destination — please ask us on LINE before checkout
• International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees at the destination

We offer in-house alterations — taking in the waist, shortening hems or sleeves, and similar adjustments. We always confirm the cost and added timeline before starting. Once altered to your request, the piece is treated as custom-tailored and is not eligible for return.

Product photography, illustrations, copy, and the logo on this site belong to Tomorrow is Yesterday. Please do not use them commercially without our permission.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or opportunity-cost damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

These terms are governed by Thai law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
